ROBERT
D. SETZER
President and Treasurer of Capital-Plus, Inc. Mr. Setzer is a senior executive with
fifteen years experience at Emerson Electric Co. and its affiliates. A successful
general manager with a strong financial background, he is well known for an unyielding
commitment to quality, customer service and people. Mr. Setzer served as President of
Liebert Corporation, the world leader in computer support systems. He successfully
integrated Liebert Corporation with Emerson Electric Co. and helped position the
company in new markets as computers became smaller and less dependent on critical
air conditioning. In the last four years he launched three new business efforts for
Liebert and supervised the start-up and development of those small divisions.
Prior to joining Liebert Corporation, Mr. Setzer served as the Executive Vice-President
of Finance and Administration for The Ridge Tool Company in Elyria, Ohio.
He has extensive experience in finance, asset management, and computer automation systems. Mr. Setzer holds a Bachelor of Science from The United States Military Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.

JOHN
P. HOPPER
Director of Operations. John is an experienced credit executive
with more than twenty years in the credit and collection field. He has worked with
accounts receivable management for the manufacturing, distribution and service industries
in both domestic and international operating environments. Prior to joining
Capital-Plus, Inc., Mr. Hopper served as Treasurer of Bulk Materials Inc., in Cleveland,
Ohio. As Treasurer he established the credit, cash management and accounts receivable
functions for this newly formed multi-million dollar holding company. His previous
work experience includes twelve years with The Ridge Tool Company in Elyria,
Ohio where he was the Assistant Treasurer and Director of Credit. Mr. Hopper holds an
Associates Degree from Cumberland College and is active in many professional organizations.
He is a member of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), the Foreign Credit
Interchange Bureau (FCIB), and the Credit Research Foundation (CRF).

GREGORY HUGHES
Gregory Hughes, Director of Business Development came to Capital-Plus in April of 2006 to establish the Atlanta Regional Office. Mr. Hughes is a 20-year veteran of the finance industry, gaining his experience with Facteon, Orange Commercial Credit, JTA Factors (a wholly owned subsidiary of Accord Financial of Toronto, Canada), and Lyon Credit Corp., the latter being a part of Credit Lyonnaise Bank where he was a Business Development Officer in the Equipment Finance Group. Mr. Hughes has also made numerous television and trade show appearances. Mr. Hughes holds a Bachelor of Science from Emporia State University and earned a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Webster University. Mr. Hughes is responsible for marketing, business origination and broker relations.

Vice President – Capital Plus Partners, LLC, has 26 years experience
specializing in raising investment capital and managing investor relations. Prior to
joining Capital-Plus, Mr. Rodriguez successfully founded, funded, and managed several
small to mid-sized business ventures.
